The Halles du Faouët
As in all the cities that had them, the market halls belonged to the local lord. He had the right to found a market and to build a hall to house it. The market halls were a place of strong economic activity. In Le Faouët, they were mainly fairs for cows and horses. In the 17th century, there were even up to 14 annual fairs.
